ONT Field FAQs

Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available online through our website: www.towerbuzzers.com. If a guest has arrived at ONT Field and does not have Accessible Seating and needs it, please visit the box office. Please note, Accessible Seating is subject to availability and may not be available the day of an event.

Bag Policy: All bags are subject to search prior to entry at ONT Field.

Children Tickets: Children 3 and under do not require a ticket as long as they do not occupy a seat.

Fan Code of Conduct

In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Ontario Tower Buzzers has implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:

  • Guests who engage in disruptive behavior (including foul/abusive language or obscene gestures), fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the field/stage will be immediately ejected from the venue without refund or reimbursement.

  • Guests are permitted to sit or stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and/or on chairs is strictly prohibited.

  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Management reserves the right to deny entry into the venue and/or refuse service to guests displaying visible signs of impairment/intoxication. Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.

  • Any action that is illegal, unruly, causes a disruption, creates an unsafe environment, or interferes with the event, including throwing or dropping any object on the field or performance area, entering restricted areas, or any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to fans, players, participants, officials, or facility staff.

  • Actions that impair others' ability to enjoy the event, including mistreatment of other guests, physical or verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontation, intimidation, or threatening and irresponsible behavior

  • Unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests.

  • Failure to follow the directions of staff or law enforcement, including refusal to produce proof of ticket, valid event credential or refusal to submit to security screening.

  • Sitting in a location other than one's ticketed seat, any unauthorized use of disabled seating areas, accessing spaces not permitted by one's ticket, lingering in aisles, stairways, or unauthorized areas of the facility.

  • Possession or consumption of illegal or prohibited drugs or substances.

  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment or substance impairment.

  • Smoking inside the facility, including the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes.

  • Legally protected speech is only permitted in designated areas and must conform to all other Code of Conduct Guidelines.

  • Any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted. No political messaging of any kind is permitted regardless of political affiliation or position.

  • There is no loitering, tailgating or illegal vending in parking areas during or after the event. All parking lots are cleared one hour after the end of the event.

  • Damage, destruction, vandalism, or theft of any property.

  • Guests are responsible for their own good time by immediately reporting inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher or building liaison.

  • Any other conduct deemed by the venue to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety or persons, or property will be handled by facility staff in its sole discretion.

Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.

Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.

For the safety and security of all guests, entry will be denied to any individual in possession of prohibited items. All persons and personal property entering the venue are subject to inspection, and entry constitutes consent to search.

Illegal items will be confiscated and may be turned over to law enforcement.

Any guest found inside the venue in possession of a prohibited item will have the item confiscated and may be subject to immediate ejection without refund and/or additional disciplinary action at the discretion of venue management.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted:

  • Animals/Pets (except service animals)
  • Balloons, Beach Balls or Related Items
  • Backpacks / Knapsacks / Multi-Zipper bags of any kind
  • Bags or Purses (size limit of 12” x 12” x 6”)
  • Chains, Studded Bracelets, Baseball Bats etc.
  • Coolers or Ice Chests
  • Professional Photography Equipment, Tripods, Monopods and Selfie Sticks
  • Projectiles
  • Signs, flags, banners and posters larger than 11”x 17”
  • Sticks, Bats, Poles or Clubs
  • Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
  • Weapons of any kind (i.e. Knives, Guns, pepper spray, Handcuffs, Toy Guns, etc.)
  • Aerosol cans, including mace, pepper spray, hair spray, etc.
  • Audio or visual recording devices (with lens more than 6" in length), including GoPro, Google Glass, Commercial audio or video recording equipment etc.
  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, hoverboards and segways
  • Drones and unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV)
  • Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs and devices, pyrotechnics, and any missile-like object
  • Hard-sided containers, including bottles, cans, flasks, coolers and thermoses
  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Inappropriate or offensive attire or signage, including political, gang insignia, obscenities, inflammatory statements and any threatening or taunting messages
  • Laptops, tablets (including iPads and Kindles), personal computers, or two-way radios
  • Laser lights, strobes, flashlights or any other visual impairment device
  • Noisemakers of any kind, including air horns, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks, whistles, and vuvuzelas
  • Outside food or beverages, including liquids of any kind

Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at the nearest Guest Services location, directly with Ballpark Security or by contacting Director of Security, Christopher Shaw 909.244.5503

Employment: All employment opportunities with the Tower Buzzers are posted on teamworkonline.com

Gates: All gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

Lawn Seating: Blankets or towels are permitted on the lawn with a ticket. Chairs are not be permitted into ONT Field.

Outside Food and Drink: Outside food or drink is not permitted inside ONT Field with the exception of sealed bottles of water.

Parking :Parking is $15 per vehicle and can be purchased online or on-site. Parking lots will open two hours prior to gates.

Pets: Service pets are always welcome at ONT Field. Dogs and cats are welcome on select pet friendly days with a $3 pet pass.

Strollers: Strollers are not permitted inside ONT Field.

Ticket Office Hours: The ticket office is open for in-person and phone ticket sales.

Tuesday – Saturday home game dates: Four hours prior to first pitch

Sunday home game dates: Two hours prior to first pitch

Non-home game dates: Closed

Standing Room Only: Standing Room tickets do not have a designated seat assignment. Fans with a standing room only (SRO) ticket have access to open seating in the Baggage Hall
