Accessibility

Accessibility Seating: Accessible seating is reserved for guests with access requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. Keesler Federal Park is committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are based on availability. Keesler Federal Park is fully accessible. A ramp is provided at the north (main) gate, and an elevator is located just inside the Sparklight entrance to take patrons to the Suite Level.

Disabled Parking: Handicapped parking is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles are required to display valid government issued handicapped tags. All parking fees apply.

Banners and Signs

All banners and signs brought into Keesler Federal Park - including corporate signage - must be approved by Shuckers Management. Banner locations must not interfere with the game or another fan's view.

Cameras

Cameras are permitted inside Keesler Federal Park. Photography is allowed; however, photographs may not be used or sold commercially without the express written consent of the Biloxi Shuckers. Videotaping of games is permitted only with advance coordination with the Shuckers and Minor League Baseball. All working media must be credentialed through the Shuckers Media Relations Department.

Emergency Services

First Aid: Medical assistance and emergency services are located behind home plate on the concourse.

Security: The Biloxi Shuckers utilize the Biloxi Police Department. If a problem or a situation develops during the game, please contact a Shuckers staff member, usher, or security personnel immediately.

Ushers: Ushers are stationed throughout the ballpark to assist you and enforce ballpark rules and regulations. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact an usher. Ushers are not permitted to solicit tips from fans; please report any such solicitations to Guest Services. Please treat our ushers with courtesy and respect; by enforcing the rules, they are making the ballpark a safer and more comfortable environment for all our guests.

Guest Services

The Guest Services station is located behind home plate on the concourse. Guest Services representatives can assist you with your ticketing and general facility inquiries.

Lost & Found: Lost & Found items are taken to Guest Services during games. During non-game hours, fans may contact the Shuckers front office at (228) 233-3465 to inquire about lost & found items. Found items are kept for a maximum of two weeks, and then will be donated to a local charity.

Guest may not bring the following items to the ballpark;

  • Laser Pointers
  • Lawn Chairs
  • Noisemakers, including musical instruments.
  • Outside food or drinks.
  • Cans, glass bottles, alcohol, coolers, etc.
  • Weapons of any kind

Fans are also prohibited from throwing baseballs, tennis balls or frisbees on the concourse.
