CHARLESTON S.C. – RiverDogs fans will have more ways than ever to follow the action of future Rays big leaguers throughout the 2026 season, with all 132 games available through a combination of streaming, audio, and local television partnerships with ECSC Palmetto Sports and Entertainment Network (Gray Media) and MyTV (Sinclair Broadcast Group).

“We’re thrilled to partner with both networks to bring the fun and energy of The Joe into the homes of fans who can’t make it to the ballpark,” said RiverDogs President and General Manager Dave Echols.

The majority of weekend home games at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park will be broadcast over-the-air throughout the greater Charleston area, bringing RiverDogs baseball and its season-long America 250 celebration into living rooms across the Lowcountry.

Not every household has cable, satellite, or a streaming package. Making RiverDogs games available over the air ensures all RiverDogs fans can follow their hometown team.

“We’re excited to bring RiverDogs baseball to My TV Charleston, home to many of the region’s favorite local and regional sports,” said Vice President and General Manager of WCIV, Mary Margaret Nelms. “Broadcasting Sunday home games live gives fans even greater access to the team and strengthens our commitment to delivering the best in local sports programming.”

All 66 home games will also be carried on MLB+, MLB.TV, and MiLB.TV, with each subscription service providing access to Minor League broadcasts across the nation. In addition, every game will be available free of charge on the Bally Live app.

For the first time since 2024, all 66 road games will also return to MiLB.com as audio broadcasts, giving fans the opportunity to stay connected to the RiverDogs on the road.

The team will also welcome a new voice to the booth in 2026, as Max Tanzer has been named the RiverDogs’ broadcast and media relations manager.

Tanzer’s voice has been heard calling baseball throughout the nation and the world, most recently with the Bradenton Marauders, the Single-A Affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates in the Florida State League.Prior to his season in Bradenton, Tanzer spent the winter down under, broadcasting for the Melbourne Aces of the Australian Baseball League.

No stranger to the Tampa Bay organization, Tanzer served as the Rays’ broadcast intern for the 2024 season, assisting with production and research for the team’s radio broadcast.A 2023 graduate of Ithaca College, he succeeds Larry Larson, who recently accepted a similar role with the Peoria Chiefs (High-A, St. Louis Cardinals) after one season in the Lowcountry.

Tanzer will make his debut in the booth at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park on April 2, when the RiverDogs open the season against in-state rival Myrtle Beach on MiLB.TV.
