Rich begins his 32nd year in professional baseball as the President of the Chattanooga Lookouts. He began his career in January of 1993 with the Texas Rangers organization in Port Charlotte, Florida before taking a job with the Lookouts that November to become the Director of Group Sales. He spent the next nine years moving up through the ranks before becoming General Manager of the Lookouts in 1999. In 2002, he moved to Columbia, South Carolina to become the President and General Manager of the Capital City Bombers. After three years, he took the team and relocated the franchise to Greenville, South Carolina. In 2006, he moved to Lakewood, New Jersey to work with the Single-A Affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, the Lakewood BlueClaws. In August of 2011, he was given the opportunity and accepted the position to return to Chattanooga as the President and General Manager of the Lookouts. Rich holds a marketing degree from James Madison University and lives in Chattanooga with his wife, Tracy, and they have two sons, Lucas and Alex.
Andrew joined the Lookouts team in January of 2012 as a part of the inaugural intern program. After spending several seasons as the Group Sales Director, Andrew was promoted to Vice President of the club in 2018. He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing while minoring in Sports Business. When the native of Fort Myers, Florida is not at the park he takes in the sites of Chattanooga with his dog Betty.
Jennifer Crum will start her 12th season with the Lookouts this spring and 14th in Minor League Baseball. She is a proud North Carolina State University Alumni (Go Pack!) and an avid outdoor enthusiast. Jennifer volunteers on the City of Red Bank Parks and Recreation Advisory Board as well as the Leadership Chattanooga Curriculum Committee (LC'23, Best Class Ever!). When she isn't traveling, trying new restaurants, or soaking up Chattanooga's great outdoors, she is the Vice President of Finance handling all accounting, human resources, and business operations for the team.
2025 will be Scott’s third season with the Lookouts. As a Nashville native and UTK graduate, he is happy to return to the great State of Tennessee. This will be Scott’s 19th season in Minor League Baseball. He has overseen the Food and Beverage operations for teams in Salem, VA, Savannah, GA, and Columbia, SC. Scott and his family are settling in, and he looks forward to meeting all the Lookout fans and exploring the opportunities in Chattanooga.
The New Jersey native joined the Lookouts as their Public & Media Relations Manager in 2014 after spending the 2013 season as the Public Relations Assistant for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox of the Pacific Coast League. Before that, he spent a year interning with the Major League Lacrosse franchise the Ohio Machine while earning his master's degree in Sport Management from The Ohio State University. Dan is also a Marist College graduate in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he majored in Communications and interned for two years in their athletic department. Dan lives in North Chattanooga with his wife Molly, his daughter Rosie, and his son Henry.
Sidney joined the Lookouts ticket office in the fall of 2021 after spending time in UNC Charlotte's Athletic Department. Originally from Cleveland, TN, Sidney played softball at Austin Peay State University and after graduation worked in their ticket office as their Ticket Operations Assistant. While not at the ballpark, Sidney enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and all things sports.
Brian joined the Lookouts in 2023. Hailing from Colorado, he made his way to Chattanooga in 2018. With 10+ years of experience within the Brewery, Food & Beverage arena he is enjoying his new career with the Chattanooga Lookouts. Brian is a certified Cicerone and Craft Beer geek. When not at the stadium you can find Brian outside listening to St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
A native of Melbourne, Australia, Jarrah returns to the Lookouts for his eighth season and third as a Senior Ticket Partnership Manager. He is a graduate of the Lookouts internship program after spending 2018 working as the Media and Promotions Assistant. Before arriving in Chattanooga, Jarrah plied his trade with the Beloit Snappers and the Melbourne Aces in the Australian Baseball League. He is a graduate of La Trobe University in Melbourne and a proud Spartan after spending a semester abroad at Michigan State in 2015. When he's not at the ballpark, Jarrah enjoys hiking and supporting the New York Yankees, and the Melbourne Demons Australian Football League team.
Now entering her fourth season with the Lookouts, Annaka is the creative behind theme nights, on-field shenanigans, and making sure every fan has so much fun that they momentarily forget there’s a baseball game happening! A Knoxville native, Annaka earned her Sports Management degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. When she’s not bringing the energy to the ballpark, she enjoys coffee, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on her favorite teams. (
A proud Mississippi State Bulldog and Arkansas native, Halle moved to Chattanooga in 2022 and joined the Lookouts in 2025. She manages the team store and keeps fans geared up for game day. When she’s not in the team store, she’s usually checking out new restaurants, at the pottery wheel, or spending time with her dogs.
A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Kansas enters her fifth season with the Lookouts and her first as a Ticket Partnership Manager. She was a cum laude graduate from Oakland City University in 2017 with a Bachelor's in Sports Administration and a love for baseball. In her free time, she loves going to country concerts, hanging out with friends, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.
Kayla, a Texas native, joins the Lookouts as their Special Event Manager and spent the last several years in Georgia before making the move to Chattanooga. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2019 with a double bachelor’s degree in Merchandising and Hospitality Management. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys baking or getting lost in a good book. She's excited to be part of the Lookouts team and can’t wait to help bring unforgettable events to life at Erlanger Park!
Michael is entering his fifth season with the Chattanooga Lookouts. He is originally from San Diego, California but has spent the majority of his life in East Tennessee. He graduated from UT-Chattanooga in 2014 with a Sport Management degree. Michael worked in Minor League Baseball for four years before returning to Chattanooga in 2018. When Michael is not working he enjoys bowling, golf, and spending time with his wife, Lillian, their son Emmett, and their dog, Chilly.
Mike is entering his fourth year with the Lookouts after joining the team in February. This season will be Mike's 31st in baseball after having previously worked for Hagerstown, Huntsville, Bluefield, and most recently Greeneville. Mike is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Penn State. When not at the park, Mike can be found along the Chattanooga River Walk.
Shane enters his third season with the Lookouts Staff as a Ticket Partnership Manager. Originally from Scottsdale, AZ, he graduated from Hastings College in Nebraska, where he was a member of the Track & Field team with a degree in Communication Studies and a concentration in Legal Communication. When away from the ballpark, Shane enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with friends & family.

Kendall is beyond excited to start her career in sports with the Lookout's Food and Beverage team. As someone who is originally from the city of Chattanooga, she is thrilled to be a part of something so historic and nostalgic to her hometown. She enjoys her free time getting a little too excited about any Tennessee Vols athletics program (Go Vols!!) and spending time with family and friends.
Coming from an administrative background and with a Master's degree in Entertainment Business, this is Jocelyn's first position in the world of sports. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of the inaugural season at Erlanger Park for her first season with the Lookouts. When not at the ballpark, she enjoys trivia with her fiancé, playing D&D with her friends, or relaxing at home with a book.
Hamilton started with the lookouts prior to the 2026 season. He is from Alabama but grew up overseas in Budapest, Hungary for 16 years. He graduated from UTC with a degree in Sports, Outdoor Recreation and Tourism. He has spent some time in the sports industry working at a golf course and helping with special sporting events here in town. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, or playing golf whenever he gets the chance.
Collin is entering his first season with the Lookouts Staff as a Ticket Partnership Manager. Collin is originally from Jackson, TN. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2021. When not at the ballpark, Collin enjoys spending his time exercising, playing his guitar or creating new memories with family and friends.
Zayne joined the Lookouts in November of 2025 as Video Production Manager as a part of the team's growth to build Erlanger Park. While being behind the Lookouts' video efforts, he also captures photos and social content. Prior to joining the team, Zayne spent the 2025 baseball season with the Nashville Sounds as a Video Production Assistant.
The Martinsville, Indiana native (GO HOOSIERS!) gained his Sports Communication degree with a minor in Business at Franklin College, graduating in May of 2024. While there, he was a part of Franklin's Golf and Esports teams, assisted in the revival of the student lead newscast, and was a large part of the school's sports photography and media day efforts.
Away from content creation, Zayne enjoys golfing, basketball, and video games with friends.
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA (GoMets) Luke graduated with both a bachelors and masters in sport management from Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy). He is excited to get the opportunity to be a part of a special time in Chattanooga as he grows his career and passion for sports and baseball. In his free time he enjoys hanging with friends and family by traveling, going to sporting events, and just being apart of his community of people.
