Eric Ramseyer serves as Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for the Great Lakes Loons. Ramseyer is a native of Bay City, MI, has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwood University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Flint. He began his career with the Loons in 2010 holding a variety of roles prior to his current position. In his role now, he works with a team of staff to plan, budget, implement, and analyze information to ensure the success of Loons ticket sales, Dow Diamond Events, and facility operations.

Eric is an avid sports fan and has played baseball and basketball throughout his life. He spent 6 years as a volunteer coach and board member for the Bay Area Select AAU basketball team, and served as a referee for Just Play Ball basketball tournaments. In addition, he spends many fall weekends in Ann Arbor cheering on the Michigan football team.

Tiffany Wardynski serves as the Vice President of Baseball Operations. She oversees the teams Gameday Experience department, provides leadership to seasonal gameday staff, Retail Operations, and Loons Baseball Operations.

A native of the area, Tiffany received her bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Central Michigan University. In 2008 she began her career with the team as the Business Operations intern before joining the full-time staff later that year as a group sales coordinator. Prior to being promoted to Vice President of Baseball Operations, she served as Loons Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales. She is from Bay City, MI, and graduated from John Glenn High School.

Tiffany is an active member of our community - serving on the Board of Directors for Big Brother Big Sisters of the Great Lakes Bay Region, Marketing and Management Advisory Committee for the Bar-Arenac ISD and Minor League Baseballs, Women in Baseball LIFT Mentorship program. She is also an active volunteer with United Way and the Loons VoLOONteer program.

If she is not at the ballpark you will probably find her somewhere “up North” spending time with friends and family, usually on a boat, riding dirt bikes, or enjoying a good campfire.

Elizabeth Martin serves as the Marketing Manager for the Great Lakes Loons. She joined the team in 2021. In her role, Elizabeth leads email and social media marketing, content creation, and campaigns to drive ticket sales and fan engagement. She oversees design, photography, and website updates, and ensures all marketing efforts reflect the Loons’ brand values and messaging.

She graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a minor in marketing. During her time at SVSU, she worked with the SVSU football team and Elevation Performance on graphic design projects. When she's not at the ballpark, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family.

Jessica Gillespie serves as the Executive Assistant for the Great Lakes Loons and Michigan Baseball Foundation. Her duties include providing administrative support to the Chairman/CEO and President of Michigan Baseball Foundation and the President/General Manager of the Great Lakes Loons.

Prior to coming to the Loons, she served as Senior Administrative Assistant to the Healthcare Business Partner at Rehmann for over 7.5 years in addition to the Senior Human Capital Management Analyst role.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Jessica has been a Michigander since the age of 4. She graduated from Bullock Creek High School and attended Delta College. Jessica resides in Auburn with her husband, Corey, and two daughters, Natalie and Hazel. In her free time, Jessica enjoys boating, gardening, hiking and being outdoors.

Dave Gomola serves as General Manager, Dow Diamond Events, and has been a part of the Loons staff since its inception in 2007. In this position, Dave is responsible for the selling and planning of all functions at Dow Diamond above and beyond Loons baseball. This includes on-field events, such as high school and college baseball games as well as off-field events, such as wedding receptions, trade shows, corporate meetings, and holiday parties.

Gomola is a native of Warren, MI, studied commercial recreation and facility management at Central Michigan University and an internship at The Big Mountain Resort in Whitefish, Montana before serving 10 years on the management staff of the Alyeska Prince Hotel Resort in Girdwood, Alaska.

Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie, and two children, Jacob and Maggie- especially outdoors while hunting, fishing, and hiking or while cheering on Notre Dame and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
