Gwinnett Stripers Baseball Club

Zack enters his eighth year with the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026, his fifth leading the Ticket Sales department. It is his tenth year in professional baseball.

Before joining the Stripers as an Account Executive in January 2019, he served as a sales consultant for the NFL's Los Angeles Chargers and The Aspire Group. His previous baseball experience includes two seasons with the Eugene Emeralds (Short-A Affiliate of the Chicago Cubs), including 2016 as an usher and 2017 as the community relations intern.

Zack graduated from the University of Oregon in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Sports Business. The Seattle, Wash. native now resides in Decatur, Ga.

Rogan enters his third season with the Stripers in 2026, his second as an Account Executive, Community Outreach. He joined the club in March 2024 as the Community Relations Intern.

The Charlotte, NC native previously worked as a Shared Services Agent at West Virginia University from 2022-2024. He received his undergraduate degree from WVU in Business Management in 2021 and recently obtained his Master's degree in Comprehensive Sport Industry Management in 2024.

Rogan now resides in Duluth and likes to spend his free time on the golf course, hanging out with family, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.

Katie enters her first season as the Corporate Partnerships Services Manager for the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026.

She joined Gwinnett in February 2024 as the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator after two seasons as the Tournament Operations Lead Intern for Perfect Game. The Metro Atlanta native graduated from the University of Georgia in 2023, majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Sports Management. At UGA, she served as a Football Recruiting Specialist from April 2022 through May 2023.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time at the lake and cheering on Atlanta sports teams.

Troy enters his fourth season as a Corporate Partnerships Account Executive with the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026.

He joined Gwinnett following four years of internships in the sports industry, including positions with the Tuscaloosa Tourism and Sports Commission, the University of Alabama Athletic Department, and General Sports Worldwide, an international sports marketing and management agency.

He graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Sports Business Management. In 2021, he received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Born and raised in Alabama, Troy now resides in Alpharetta, Ga. with his wife Savannah and their dog Lizzie.

Tricia enters her first season as the Digital Marketing Manager for the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026. It is her fourth year working in sports.

Prior to joining Gwinnett as the Digital Marketing Coordinator in 2024, she interned for Texas Tech's Athletics department as the Marketing Executive for Raider Riot, the official student section of Texas Tech Men's Basketball, from November 2022-May 2024. She also worked as a Creative Content Specialist and Social Media Ambassador for Ramblin' Raiders Entertainment from September 2022-May 2024 and as a Contributing Writer for The Nation, primarily covering Texas Tech Men's Basketball, from December 2022-May 2024.

Tricia graduated from Texas Tech University in 2024 with a degree in Marketing and concentration in Sport Management. Now residing in Buford, she spends her free time cheering on her beloved Red Raiders, Denver Broncos, and Atlanta Braves.

Lauren joined the Stripers in October 2023 as the team's Graphic Designer. The 2026 season will be her fourth in Minor League Baseball.

She began her career in professional baseball in 2023 as the Creative Media Associate for the Rocket City Trash Pandas (Double-A, Los Angeles Angels), assisting with day-to-day graphics and production. Her first experience working in sports came in 2021 when she served as a Creative Content intern for the Duluth Huskies of the Northwoods League, and the following season she was the club's Marketing and Sales Manager.

Lauren was raised in Chanhassen, Minnesota and is a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Marketing and Graphic Design. During her time at Duluth, she was very involved in her sorority and held multiple positions.

When Lauren is not at the ballpark, she enjoys reading a good book, spending time outdoors, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Gary enters his 18th year with Gwinnett in 2026, his second as the Director of Stadium Operations. He joined the club after they relocated from Richmond and has served a role in the stadium operations department ever since.

The Jackson County, Ga. native currently resides in Jefferson, Ga. with his wife Kim. They have two sons, Zach and Cory.

Gary is coming off a memorable 2021 in which he celebrated a Braves World Series title with family, friends, and coworkers, a Georgia Bulldogs National Championship, and the birth of his first grandchild, Crosby Rivers.

He enjoys spending any free time riding his Harley, working on his hot rod, going to car shows, hunting, and cheering on the Bulldogs.

Carley enters her third year as the Manager of Special Events for the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026.

Before joining Gwinnett, Carley worked as the Sports Event Coordinator for ESPN Wide World of Sports at the Walt Disney World Resort for seven years. She has two Bachelor's degrees- one in Elementary Education from Tennessee Temple University and one in Intelligence and Security from Bellevue University.

She is a native of Hiram, GA, and in her free time likes to read, travel, or cheer on the Tennessee Volunteers and Atlanta Braves.

Chef Joi Miles brings dynamic culinary expertise and a decade of entertainment industry experience to the Gwinnett Stripers organization. A native of Atlanta, Chef Miles has over 10 years of experience working behind the scenes in high‑profile entertainment environments, while building a reputation for delivering exceptional food to industry leaders including Usher, Babyface, and L.A. Reid.

Now joining the Gwinnett Stripers, Chef Joi Miles is excited to bring her passion for bold flavors, elevated comfort cuisine, and guest‑focused hospitality to the ballpark. She currently resides in Dunwoody with her partner, Jessica, and remains deeply connected to the Atlanta community. Her mission is to enhance the fan and team experience through thoughtfully crafted menus that celebrate culture, community, and excellence.
