Gates open one hour prior to game time. On Tuesday, 4/7, Sunday, 4/26, and every Saturday of the season, gates will open 1.5 hours prior to game time.

FNB Field has a clear bag policy. Guests are permitted to carry either one (1) clear bag that does not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" or small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, but not larger than 7.5" x 2" x 5". Medical bags and diaper bags/backpacks, maximum 16" x 16" x 8", for individuals with toddlers & babies are permitted.

If an official game (4 ½ innings) isn't played, then you can exchange your ticket or ticket stub for an equal or lesser value seat to any remaining regular season home game (subject to availability). Rain-out tickets must be exchanged at the Senators Box Office, and early redemption is highly recommended.
In the event of a rainout involving club seat tickets, if the club seat ticket was scanned in at entry gates for that game, the food portion of that ticket is not exchangeable as part of our rainout policy. The game ticket portion can be exchanged for a box seat ticket for a future game. Also, in the event that a rainout happens after the gates have opened, the club will remain open for at least 30 minutes after the announcement of the postponement to allow club ticket holders the ability to eat.

The Senators Merchandise store is open

• Monday- Friday game days: 11 am - 2 pm; gates open - end of game.
• Monday- Friday non-game days: 11 am - 3 pm.
• Saturday & Sunday: only on game days from gates open to - end of the game

Lost items are kept in the Senators' Administrative Offices, which are located at the main entrance to the ballpark.
