Joe is entering his fourth season in the Hudson Valley in 2025 after he joined the Renegades in February 2022 as the Director of Media Relations and Broadcasting. he spent the previous three seasons with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A affiliate of the Yankees). In his role, Joe serves as the "Voice of the Renegades", broadcasting all 132 games on the Renegades Baseball Network.

Joe started with the RailRiders in 2018 as the Media Relations and Broadcasting Assistant, and was promoted to Media Relations Manager in 2020. Before joining the RailRiders, he served in similar positions with the Long Island Ducks and Salem Red Sox and was the Assistant GM and Broadcaster for the Fayetteville SwampDogs in 2015. During the baseball offseason, Joe broadcasts college basketball at Bucknell University, St. Peter's University and Monmouth University. He also produces the critically-acclaimed baseball history podcast Secondary Lead.

Joe was born in New York City and grew up in Paramus, NJ, graduating from The College of New Jersey in December 2013 with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies: Radio/TV/Film. He currently resides in Poughkeepsie and enjoys playing golf, hiking, reading and drinking coffee.

Jess joined the Renegades in November 2023 as the Manager, Ticket Operations and was elevated to Manager, Community Relations & Ticket Operations in March 2025. Prior to this role, Jess worked with the Renegades during the 2023 season as the Community Relations Intern.

Jess is from Monroe, New York and graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Disaster Studies. While at New Paltz, she was a four-year member of the women’s soccer team. (Go Hawks!)

In her free time, Jess loves trying new restaurants, watching her favorite reality TV, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.

Zack joined the Renegades in September 2023 as an Account Executive, Ticket Sales and was promoted to Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Activation in January 2025. Before this role, he previously served as a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual, and before that, as the Head of Solid Dosage Tablet Manufacturing at FreeThink Technologies.

Zack is from Guilford, Connecticut and holds a bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Western New England University.

When not at the ballpark, Zack loves to watch sports, including baseball, basketball, and soccer. He can also be found trying new places to eat, playing basketball, and spending time with his family and friends. As a lifelong New York Yankee fan, he is excited to share the magic of the Renegades experience and the Yankees of tomorrow here in the Hudson Valley!

Ryan is entering his second season in the Hudson Valley in 2025 after he joined the Renegades in February 2024 as the Manager, Video Production. In this role, Ryan directs all productions on the Renegades Broadcast Network and creates all video content for the Renegades social media channels. Prior to the Renegades, Ryan spent a season with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, the Single-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, as a Video Production Assistant.

Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media and Journalism from SUNY Geneseo in 2022. On campus, he interned in the athletics department as a video production intern creating content for a multitude of sports. Ryan resides in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Luis joined the Renegades in 2019 after two seasons with the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets). He began his tenure with the team as the Manager of Community Engagement and Translator, and currently serves as the Manager, Retail Merchandise.

With the Renegades, Luis helped the organization with the prestigious Bob Freitas Organization of the Year Award in 2019 for Short-Season and Rookie-level teams, and organizes the team's Copa de la Diversión initiatives. He is also responsible for the operations of the Den Pro Shop both at Heritage Financial Park and online.

Luis is a native of the Hudson Valley, growing up in Newburgh, New York. He graduated from SUNY Sullivan with an Associate's Degree in Recreational Leadership: Sports Management and received a bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Sport Facility & Event Management from SUNY Cortland. He is a founding brother of the Korones Chapter of Lambda Sigma Upsilon Latino Fraternity, Inc. and is still heavily involved. You could either find him hiking Hudson River trails taking in the views, playing sports, or making tacos just like his mama taught him. He is a proud #lizarddad to Oro, his bearded dragon.

Jack joined the Renegades in March 2022 as the Director of Stadium Operations, after spending a season as the Stadium Operations Manager of the Amarillo Sod Poodles. The 2023 season will be Jack’s eighth season in minor league baseball.

Jack has previously worked in Stadium Operations with the River City Rascals, Madison Mallards, Myrtle Beach Pelicans, and Nashville Sounds.

Jack was born in Albany but grew up in St. Louis. He attended McKendree University and received his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2013. He enjoys playing sports, especially hockey, gaming with his siblings, and watching his favorite teams, the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals.

Tanner joined the Renegades in February of 2022 as the team's Head Groundskeeper, after a season with the Amarillo Sod Poodles (Double-A Affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks). The 2022 season is Tanner’s fifth year working in baseball, having worked three years for Citi Field as part of the grounds crew (2016-2019), followed by a season with Florida State University (2019-2020). Tanner is a New York native, born in Poughkeepsie, growing up in Wallkill, and graduating from SUNY Cobleskill in 2018 with an Associate’s Degree in Turfgrass Management. He now resides in Wallkill with his wife Veronica.
