Donation Requests

The Indianapolis Indians and Indianapolis Indians Charities (IIC) are committed to providing resources and giving back to the Central Indiana community. Every year, IIC supports numerous charitable organizations by making donations that help raise funds in support of organizational missions. Because of the large volume of donation requests we receive, guidelines have been established to help facilitate the donation process.

Donation Guidelines:

  • Donations are for charitable purposes only (e.g., auctions and raffles)
  • Due to the large number of requests received weekly and limited resources, we are unable to fulfill all requests. Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
  • Requests will only be considered for organizations that are a recognized charity and include a copy of its 501(c)(3) status.
  • Organizations must fall under at least one of the Indianapolis Indians community pillars: Youth Development, Education, Family Success and Neighborhood Development

Rain Check Ticket Policy

You may exchange any tickets from a postponed/canceled game for another ticket of equal or lesser value to any other game during that same season. In the event five innings of the game are not completed, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of four-and-a-half innings, your game ticket will become a rain check that may be exchanged for any other 2026 regular-season home game (subject to availability) by calling or visiting the Victory Field Box Office. If a game is called due to inclement weather or other circumstances AFTER five innings have been played, a game is considered “official.” In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges. For more information visit Weather.

Rain Delays

Bring your rain gear! The Indianapolis Indians make every attempt to play the game as scheduled. If inclement weather hits downtown during a ballgame, team and game officials will determine the best way to move forward without risking the safety of players or fans. To receive the most up-to-date game status, call the Indians Weather Hotline at (317) 532-6930 or follow us on social media through Facebook and Twitter.
