GPS ADDRESS

PARKING
There are multiple options for parking around the ballpark, including on street parking, as well as lots managed by ASM Global, private garages, and the Jacksonville Fairgrounds. Prices are subject to change depending on events at the Sports Complex. The Jumbo Shrimp do not control any parking within the sports complex. (More Info)

MILLER ELECTRIC BOX OFFICE
Tickets are also on sale at VyStar Ballpark at the Miller Electric Box Office located near the main gate. (More Info)
The Miller Electric Box Office is open three hours prior to first pitch of a Jumbo Shrimp home contest through the end of the game.

GATES
Most gates open approximately one hour prior to game. Saturdays will now open 90 minutes prior to the game. Most common times are below:
- 6:00 p.m. for 7:05 p.m. games (Tuesday - Friday)
- 5:00 p.m. for 6:35 p.m. games (Saturdays)
- 1:00 p.m. for 2:05 p.m. games (Sundays)
- 11:00 a.m. for 12:05 p.m. games (Mid-week Day Games)
ITEMS NOT PERMITTED
The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp aim to create a safe, family, affordable environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. In order to create such a place the following regulations have been enacted for VyStar Ballpark (see the list). All items are subject to review and search by stadium personnel prior to entering the ballpark.
CASHLESS PAYMENT
All points of sale within VyStar Ballpark are now cashless, including at the ticket windows, all concessions stands, the souvenir store and the kids zone. Fan can purchase load value for their digital tickets to be used in the stadium at guest services.
