CAMERAS

Hand-held video cameras for personal use may be brought into Werner Park, provided game action is not recorded, as prohibited by Minor League Baseball. Single frame photography is permitted at all times. Professional photography equipment, cameras with lenses larger than four inches and camera support pods are not permitted. Fans are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Fans should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods, monopods and other camera support pods. Lighting at Werner Park is bright enough that flash photography is not necessary or allowed within the ballpark.

CENTRIS FAMILY FUN ZONE

This 6,500 square foot kids' area located behind left field includes a jungle gym, inflatables, and a carousel. There is a $6.00 admission fee for children ages three and over. To receive free access (up to four attendees) in the Centris Family Fun Zone, fans may show their Centris ATM, Visa Credit or Debit card upon entering.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS
Drinking fountains are located next to every restroom throughout Werner Park.

DRONES
Drones are not permitted at Werner Park during Triple-A games.

INTERFERENCE
Interfering while a ball is in play is subject to removal from Werner Park at the discretion of Omaha Storm Chasers management.

OUTSIDE ITEMS
No alcohol, illegal drugs, food, drink, glass, metal cans, coolers, or air horns are allowed into Werner Park. Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto Werner Park property, including all parking areas, without a permit or license from the Omaha Storm Chasers.

OVERNIGHT PARKING
Vehicles may remain on Werner Park parking lot grounds overnight, but vehicles must be removed the next morning by 7am, if there is a day game, or by noon, if there is a night game.

RAIN CHECK
In the that a game does not become official, an original ticket only may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for a future event in accordance with team rules. No portion of the ticket price will be refunded. All exchanges can be done in person at the Werner Park Ticket Office, over the phone, or online (for a $1.00 per ticket fee). All exchanges are subject to availability. All event dates, times and promotions are subject to change and no part of the ticket price will be refunded.

RESALE OF TICKETS
Fans are not to sell or resell tickets on the ballpark grounds and such actions are subject to ejection from Werner Park.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms on the main level are located behind sections 102, 108, 112, 121, and next to the Centris Family Fun Zone. The restrooms on the press level are located by the Press Box behind home plate. The family restrooms are located on the main level by the CHI Health First Aid office and on the Press Level between the restrooms.

RETIRED NUMBERS
The following jersey numbers have been retired by the Kansas City Royals (and their minor league affiliates) in honor of former players and club personnel: 5 (George Brett), 10 (Dick Howser), and 20 (Frank White). The Storm Chasers have retired the numbers 23 (manager Mike Jirschele), 27 (former manager Brian Poldberg), and 31 (former manager Jack McKeon). The number 42 (Jackie Robinson) is retired by all Major League and Minor League Baseball teams.

RISK
Fans attending events at Werner Park do so at their own risk. Baseballs, both hit or thrown, bats and other items, do leave the field of play during events at Werner Park so fans should direct their attention to the field at all times.

TAILGATING
Tailgating is allowed in the grassy areas of the Werner Park parking lot. Only one parking space per vehicle is allowed. To book a group outing in a tailgate area, fans should call 402-738-5105.

TAXI SERVICE
Fans needing assistance calling for taxi service should go to the Advance Ticket Window located behind section 114.

TEAM STORE HOURS

Monday - Friday

  • Non-Game Days - Noon to 5:00 pm
  • Game Days - Noon until the end of the game
  • Day Games - 2 hours before the first pitch, until the end of the game

Saturday & Sunday

  • Non-Game Days - Closed
  • Game Days - 3 hours before first pitch until the end of the game.

TICKETS
Tickets must be shown to all Werner Park personnel upon request. Anyone that does not have a valid ticket will be removed from Werner Park immediately. A ticket grants access to public areas of Werner Park - any attempts to enter private or team access areas of the park without permission from Omaha Storm Chasers management will result in immediate removal.

TICKET AGE REQUIREMENT

  • Children ages 2 and under: Free
  • Children ages 3-10: Child ticket
  • All persons over the age of 11: Adult ticket
  • Adults ages 55 and over: Eligible to receive $1.00 discount off ticket price
