RUBBERDUCKS FRONT OFFICE

Adam serves as Assistant General Manager/ Vice President of Operations for the Akron RubberDucks. In this role, he is responsible for the overall management and operation of 7 17 Credit Union Park, overseeing facility maintenance, capital improvement projects, and day-to-day ballpark operations.

Joining the organization in 2009, Adam has played a key role in the ongoing evolution of 7 17 Credit Union Park. Under his leadership, the stadium has undergone significant enhancements designed to improve the experience for fans, players, and staff alike. Notable projects include two scoreboard replacements, a redesign and expansion of the home clubhouse, a full renovation of the suite level, and numerous other upgrades throughout the facility.

With a deep institutional knowledge of the ballpark and a hands-on approach to every project, Adam works closely with the entire RubberDucks staff to ensure 7 17 Credit Union Park remains one of the premier venues in Minor League Baseball. His focus remains on creating a first-class, welcoming environment that reflects the pride the Akron community takes in its team.

Adam lives in North Hill with his wife, daughter and dog.

James Parsons joined the RubberDucks in January 2017 as the Assistant Director of Ballpark Operations. Prior to coming to Akron, Parsons spent five years with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers. Originally from Columbus, he attended Purdue University and majored in mathematics. Parsons is married to Rachel. His favorite baseball memory is going to Game 2 of the 2016 World Series.

Hunter Combs started with the RubberDucks in June 2023 before joining the front office staff full time in January 2026. A native of Clyde, Combs is a graduate of Clyde Senior High School. His favorite baseball memory is being at the 2024 ALCS Game 3 between the Yankees and Guardians and seeing the Jhonkensy Noel game tying home run in person. His favorite sports memory is meeting a rehabbing Michael Brantley at a Mahoning Valley Scrappers game in 2016.

The 2026 season will be Chris Walsh's 15th with the RubberDucks organization. Following the 2018 season, he and 7 17 Credit Union Park were honored as the 2018 Turface Ohio Field of the Year by the Ohio Sports Turf Managers Association. In 2016, he was named the 2016 Eastern League Diamond Pro Sports Field Manager of the Year after helping the RubberDucks host Akron's first Eastern League All-Star Game that season. Following the 2023 season, Walsh was named Eastern League Head Groundskeeper of the Year.

Walsh has spent time as the Head Groundskeeper for the Aberdeen IronBirds, Mahoning Valley Scrappers and Camden Riversharks. He is a native of Boardman, Ohio and a graduate of Kent State University. He currently resides in Cuyahoga Falls with his son Declan.

Payton Leddy started with the RubberDucks as a promotions intern for the 2023 season before joining the full-time staff as the Coordinator, Promotions & Community Relations in February 2024. Prior to joining the RubberDucks, Leddy worked as a Guest Service Team member for the Cleveland Browns. Leddy is a graduate of Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School and Kent State University with a degree in advertising. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree from Kent State in Sports Administration. A native of Brecksville-Broadview Heights, Leddy is the daughter of Tina and Ed and has two brothers, Ryan and Casey. Her favorite sports memory is Rajai Davis’ Game 7 home run in the 2016 World Series.

Jimmy Farmer joined the RubberDucks as a media relations intern for the 2021 season before joining the full-time staff as the Coordinator, Media Relations in October 2021. Prior to coming to Akron, Farmer was the Director of Media Relations for the Florence RedWolves in the Coastal Plain League. A native of Florence, South Carolina, Farmer is a 2020 and 2022 graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Journalism, minor in Sports Management and Masters in Management. While attending undergrad at Ohio University, Farmer worked as a student manager for Ohio’s baseball team. His favorite baseball memory is Bo Naylor’s walk off single to win the Double-A Northeast Championship for the RubberDucks in 2021.

Marco calls play-by-play on the RubberDucks radio broadcasts and serves as an account executive in corporate partnerships and ticket sales. He joined the RubberDucks in October 2018 after three seasons in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was part of the Double-A Southern League club's re-branding of the Suns as the Jumbo Shrimp.

A native of St. Cloud, Minnesota, Marco graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Minnesota and completed a science-writing internship at the Princeton (New Jersey) Plasma Physics Laboratory. He was a radio production assistant with the Minnesota Twins in 2011, the head of media relations and lead broadcaster with the Quad Cities River Bandits (Class-A Midwest League) from 2012 to 2015, and the media and public relations manager and a radio broadcaster with Jacksonville from 2016 to 2018. He has broadcasted high school and college sports play-by-play, and has been a sports anchor on local radio, currently on WTAM 1100 in Cleveland.

Marco is married to Angelina. He is an active member of the Catholic Church and Young Catholic Professionals and a fourth-degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He is also a regular blood and platelet donor.

Jim calls play-by-play for RubberDucks broadcasts, as he has for the Canton-Akron Indians, Akron Aeros and RubberDucks since 1990, the second year of the franchise in Northeast Ohio. He was inducted into the Greater Akron Baseball of Hall of Fame in 2019, and the 2024 season marks his 31st with the club.

A lifelong Indians fan and author of the book "Rally 'Round Cleveland: The Story of the 1974 Franchise-Saving Cleveland Indians," Jim has broadcasted an Indians Spring Training game each of the last two years. He has called games of dozens of players on their way to Cleveland, spanning from Bartolo Colon, Jim Thome, Charles Nagy, and Grady Sizemore, to Carlos Santana, Francisco Lindor and Shane Bieber.

Born in Akron, Jim earned a bachelor of arts in education from the University of Akron. He was the sports information director at Walsh College and University for 33 years from 1982 to 2015. Jim resides in Canton, but his favorite place to eat in Akron is Luigi's.

Brian Lobban joined the Akron RubberDucks as a Suites and Special Events Intern during the 2017 season before joining the full-time staff as the Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships in late 2018. Prior to joining the RubberDucks, Brian served as an intern with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission and the University of Michigan. A native of Medina, Ohio, Brian is a graduate of Medina High School and Bowling Green State University with a degree in Sport Management and Business. While at Bowling Green, Brian was actively involved in the Athletics Ticket Office, the Office of Admissions/Tour Guide Office and served as the President of the Sport Management Alliance.

Throughout his time with the organization, Brian has focused his efforts on securing and activating partnerships with companies and non-profit organizations throughout Greater Akron and Northeast Ohio. Brian also oversees the Special Events department, ensuring that 7 17 Credit Union Park is programmed all-yearlong with new and innovative events. In 2021, Brian was a finalist for the “Minor League Baseball Future Star of the Year” Award, with all 120 MiLB teams submitting a nomination. Recently, Brian was selected as a member of Leadership Akron’s Signature Program “Class 43”.

Brian resides in Cuyahoga Falls with his wife, Alyssa. Brian’s favorite baseball memory is the Guardians come from behind and walk-off victory vs. the New York Yankees in the 2022 ALDS.

Nick Bello joined the RubberDucks in May of 2022. Prior to coming to Akron, Bello interned with the Sussex County Miners from 2019 to 2021 working in corporate partnerships, ballpark operations, and ticket sales. Bello is a graduate of Pope John XXIII Regional High School in Sparta, New Jersey. Bello then received his degree in business management from Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts. While at Assumption, Bello was an offensive lineman on the football team and an orientation leader. Bello was named to the Northeast Ten Conference Honor Roll while at Assumption.

A native of Oak Ridge, NJ, Bello is the son of Yvette and Vin Bello. His brother Michael is an assistant baseball coach at Winthrop University, and his brother Dominick is a baseball player at Anderson University. Bello’s favorite sports memory was beating Stonehill College in double overtime in 2019.

Bello resides in Cuyahoga Falls with his girlfriend, Valerie. He has been actively involved within the community throughout his tenure, previously serving on the American Heart Association Downtown Akron Heart Walk Board, Downtown Akron Sakura Festival Planning Committee, and is a member of Torchbearers Akron’s 2026 Class.

Alex Mazur joined the RubberDucks as the Coordinator of Corporate Partnerships in October 2025. Prior to coming to Akron, Mazur worked for the Hall of Fame Village as the Sales Coordinator and for the Cleveland Guardians on their Corporate Partnerships, Premium Hospitality and Fan Services team. Mazur grew up in Akron before moving to Randolph and graduating from Waterloo High School. He is a graduate of Heidelberg University with a degree in Sports Management. His favorite baseball memory is attending Game 5 of the 2024 ALDS and seeing Lane Thomas' grand slam against the Tigers. His favorite sports memory is being in the NCAA Basketball Tournament his senior year at Heidelberg.

Mary Tricaso-Wright joined the RubberDucks in January 2026 as the Manager of Hospitality Sales.

Prior to coming to the RubberDucks, Tricaso-Wright has embarked on a sales and marketing career with over 25 years of leadership in hospitality, tourism, and events. She has a proven track record of building strategic partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and positioning destinations as premier choices for conventions, meetings, sporting events, and leisure travel. Tricaso-Wright's career includes senior leadership roles with Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Summit County’s Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she secured major conventions and national sporting events.

She is a graduate of the University of Akron with a Sales & Marketing degree. As an extension of interest in this field, Tricaso-Wright received professional accreditations from the Sports Tourism Strategist (STS) designation through Sports ETA (Sports Events and Tourism Association), and CSE designation, Certified Sales Executive, through SMEI (Sales & Marketing Executives International).

Tricaso-Wright is passionate about community impact, recognized for ability to unite stakeholders, elevate regional visibility, and inspire collaboration. Her career reflects both a record of consistent sales success and a dedication to advancing tourism as a driver of economic vitality and quality of life. She lives in Tallmadge with her husband Richard and dog Socks.

Trevor Burk joined the RubberDucks full-time staff as the Accounting Manager in November 2021. Prior to coming to Akron, Burk spent a season with the High Point Rockers (NC) of the Atlantic League. A native of Louisville, Ohio, Burk is a 2020 and 2021 graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Business Administration, minor in Sports Administration and Masters in Accounting. While attending Kent State, Burk served as a student manager for Kent State’s baseball team and spent two summers as an intern for the RubberDucks.

Roy Jacobs joined the RubberDucks as a Ticket Sales Executive in May 2016 before being promoted to Vice President of Amateur Baseball Development and Sales in February 2023. Prior to joining the RubberDucks, Jacobs was a coach for the Washington Wild Things, Malone University, USA Baseball and Cal Ripken Jr. Baseball Camps. Jacobs is a graduate of Malone University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management Administration. Jacobs’ favorite memory playing baseball was when he went 6-for-6 against Baldwin Wallace with an infield single followed by two homers, two doubles and another single. His favorite baseball memory working in baseball was Will Brennan’s game tying home run in the 2021 Double-A Northeast Championship game. In addition to his work with the RubberDucks, Jacobs currently serves an assistant baseball coach for Mount Union as well as the Special Assistant to Baseball Operations for New Balance Future Stars Series.

Kyle Magovac joined the RubberDucks as a food and beverage intern for the 2021 season before joining the full-time staff a Ticket Sales Executive in October 2021. A native of Wadsworth, Ohio, Magovac is graduate of Highland High School and the University of Cincinnati with a degree in sports administration and a minor in marketing. His favorite baseball memory is Rajai Davis game-tying home run in Game 7 of the 2016 World Series.

Noah Finley joined the RubberDucks as a Ticket Sales Executive in January 2022. A native of Baltic, Ohio, Finley is a graduate of Garaway High School and Wilmington College with a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration. While attending Wilmington College, Finley helped with the Men’s Basketball team. His favorite sports memory is the Cleveland Browns beating the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2020 NFL Playoffs.

Nick Newell joined the RubberDucks as the Coordinator of Ticket Operations in September 2025. Prior to coming to Akron, Newell worked for the Toledo Mud Hens and Walleye for seven years including four years on the full-time staff as the Assistant Box Office Manager. The Norwalk native is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Sports Management. His favorite baseball memory is attending Jim Thome's first game back with Cleveland in 2011.

Morgan Jankowski started with the RubberDucks as a ticket sales associate in January 2024 before joining the full-time staff as a ticket sales executive in October 2024. Prior to coming to the RubberDucks, Jankowski worked as an intern at Pinnacle Sports in Medina. Jankowski is a graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Sports Management. A native of Brook Park, OH, Jankowski’s favorite sports memory is personally receiving a signed baseball from Victor Martinez while at a game between Cleveland and Chicago.

Jakob Gross joined the RubberDucks as a ticket sales executive in January 2026. Prior to coming to Akron, Gross interned for the American Junior Golf Association as a traveling operations intern throughout the west coast. Originally from Virginia, Gross grew up in Avon Lake, OH before attending Siena Heights University where he graduated with a degree in Sport Management. While at Siena Heights, Gross was a member of the men's golf team. His favorite baseball memory is attending Game Five of the 2024 ALDS and seeing Lane Thomas' grand slam off Tarik Skubal.

Nicholas Peri joined the RubberDucks in January 2026 as a ticket sales associate. A native of Hudson, Peri is a graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in Sports Management. During his time at John Carroll, Peri was a member of the football team all four years. His sports baseball memory is the Browns clinching a playoff spot on Thursday Night Football with Joe Flacco in 2023.

Ana Kazanowski joined the RubberDucks in January 2026 as a ticket sales associate. A native of Cleveland, Kazanowski is a graduate of University of Cincinnati with a degree in Marketing and a certificate of Sport Media and Promotion. Her favorite sports memory is attending the 2021 American Athletic Conference Championship game at Nippert Stadium.

Quin Miller joined the RubberDucks in January 2026 as a ticket sales associate after starting with the RubberDucks as a promo intern in 2022 and 2023. In between Akron stops, Miller was a marketing intern with UC athletics and a ticket sales intern with the Cincinnati Reds. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Miller grew up in Westlake before attending the University of Cincinnati. His favorite baseball memory is Jason Giambi's walk-off home run against the White Sox during Cleveland's 2013 playoff push.
